On January 24, 2017, John Williamson obtained a jury verdict in Campbell County Circuit Court against a State Trooper and the Commonwealth of Virginia for the negligent operation of an automobile.

Following a three-day trial, a Norfolk Circuit Court jury returned a defense verdict for Shawn Voyles’ clients in a $3 million trucking case. The attached article from Virginia Lawyers Weekly provides further details. VLW – Jones v. Merrick

In November 2016, attorney Jeffrey Partington successfully defended a disputed red light case in Virginia Beach Circuit Court.  Plaintiff presented testimony and video evidence of the light sequence at the intersection in question.  After deliberating for just 14 minutes, the jury returned their verdict for the defense.

ODU Big Blue 5K 4/16/16

Members of McKenry Dancigers Dawson, P.C. and their family members participated in the 5th Annual ODU Big Blue 5k event in Norfolk, Virginia.  Everyone involved had a great time- especially the free beer and burritos afterwards!
