Shawn Voyles successfully defended a Chesapeake apartment complex

Shawn Voyles successfully defended a Chesapeake apartment complex against Fair Housing Act charges before the Virginia Real Estate Board.   Mr. Voyles secured a dismissal of all charges against the apartment project owner and manager who were accused of race discrimination and failure to accommodate an alleged disability.
